Notice of A.G.M.
This is the official notice of the
F.C. Clovis 2012 Annual General Meeting (A.G.M).
The A.G.M. will be held on March 22nd 2012, 7:00 pm at the CJSL office.
During this A.G.M. the election of the following officers will take place:
·Vice President
· Commissioner
· Secretary
· Coaching Director
·Fundraising Coordinator
Open position of Registrar (Vacant) will be appointed by approval of the newly elected board of directors as per bylaws.
We encourage all members to run for these positions, as we are an all-volunteer organization. These positions are open to all who want to help make this the best run soccer club.
Bylaw changes are also to be voted on at the A.G.M. Any changes to the Bylaws must be submitted in writing, and structured per standard proposal procedure, for consideration at the A.G.M. Bylaws can be found on the F.C. Clovis website on the right hand side of the admin page.
All nominations for these positions and bylaw changes must be received on or before March 15th 2012 by the President, Dan Neathery at ddn2@comcast.net.
