F.C. Clovis is now registrating for the upcoming season. Register early and secure your roster spot. Please call me A.S.A.P. to register before the season starts and teame rosters close.
The cost of registration is STILL only $100.00, so please make every effort to register as soon as possible.
You are now able to register on-line registration. There is a small fee to use this feature. This fee is charge by the service provider, not F.C. Clovis.
Season begins in August, and ends before H.S. Soccer begins.(CIF600Rule)

Completed Membership Form -1601
Sign in ink (Red or Blue). If layer is 18 or will turn 18 during the plaing season, the player MUST sign the 1601.

Birth Certificate
If you are a NEW PLAYER to F.C Clovis, you MUST include a COPY (not the original) of your birth certificate.

Fees Include: CYSA Membership,CYSA Age Appropriate Licensed Coaches, Playing League Expenses, Uniforms (Player keeps), Individual & Team Pictures.

5:01:03 All clubs, unless otherwise sanctioned by the CJSL Board of Directors, shall divide play among teams of equal age groupings as follows, and all competitions will adhere to these age classifications.
Under 19— Player has not reached 19th birthday before August 1st of the seasonal year.
Under 16— Player has not reached 16th birthday before August 1st of the seasonal year.
